ORHP was very helpful in taking care of my washing machine issue. From the time the service provider came out to check on the issue I was having to actually having to replace my machine it was a total of almost 2 weeks to complete the process of getting a replacement washer, hauling the old one away & installing a new one. No complaints. The service was very professional.
We have had nothing but a great experience with Old Republic. We have renewed the policy twice and are in our third year as a customer. In that time, there have been 3 breakdowns in our home, and Old Republic has taken care of it quickly and with no issues. I highly recommend you carry home warranty with Old Republic. Quick helpful customer service.
Had a service call for the water heater. The service technician was only able to replace (1) element during the repair. Knowing that the 2nd element was faulty and unserviceable, ORHP approved a replacement water heater without debate. I really appreciate the how well ORHP has treated me over the years, and I will continue to be a customer as long as I own a home.

After I was given the first 2 vendors Safewire & Energy Smart, I researched their work ethics & found them to be less than favorable. (Also Jaegar Elec. is horrible) I informed ORHP and re requested another vendor that I know had excellent credentials, and worked for me last year, Turley Electric. I was happy your dispatch dept., honored my request. Chuck Turley gave me superior service. He was prompt, professional, kind, understanding and did excellent work. Thank you.

I had an issue with the valves that supply water to my washer, the plumber came out and said that an appliance repair company would need to fix the fact that there was no cold water coming into the house and the valves were labeled incorrectly. Then the appliance company came out and said that this was a job for a plumber. Still waiting to hear what the next steps are.

It has been one month since i ordered service on my dishwasher. The dishwasher is not repaired. The one and only Tech that showed up said the issue is my home electrical without even checking the machine. Had home electrical verified nothing wrong with my home. The issue is the machine. After numerous complaints and calls second tech says THEY DONT WORK ON MY BRAND OF Dishwasher. Go Figure. Meanwhile one Tech got paid and 30 days later My dishwasher is still not operational. The online portal says my order is completed ???? NO! it is not ! ORHP is not worth the money I pay. No service no customer care just generic responses and endless telephone wait times. As I write the rant I am on hold and have been for nearly 20 minutes

I made the call for service in the AM 4/1/2025, and a repairman was here with in 2 hours. Parts were needed, ordered, and arrived, and repairs made within 24 hours. TGM Appliance Service repairman Alix was professional and great. Sandra Walker

My experience was very good in the sense that I finally got my appliance installed today and I'm happy with the outcome. The reason I did not give you a 5 star was the fact that it took more than 20 days to resolve the issue. Other than that the company is very reliable every time I had called for service before.

I have had to request services three times from my contract with Old Republic Home Services. Each time was for a different issue. Each time after my contact with Old Republic, I was contacted by the company that was to do the repairs. They all showed up as agreed and the same day. I'm pleased with Old Republic. They have done what I expected.
