Worst experience. We put our home on the market late summer in the Houston area. We were given comps and we listened under value so that we could sell quickly as we were leaving the state for a job and didn't want to duplicate our living expenses. My realtor said this wouldn't be a problem. So we left our home in her care. Except she literally went on vacations didn't have an open house unless we asked and even then I think she did it twice for 2 hours each time. Any time I asked for an update she would tell me to drop the price and desperately we did, time and time again. She literally did not even try to get this house sold. After 4 months we thought Orchard would buy the house. When 4 months came we asked about that and it wasn't in the contract even through that is solely why we chose orchard based on their advertising. We then told her we were going to give our home back to the lender we told her to take the home off the market. She didn't take it off the market and then low and behold she was actually getting people into see it. She then worked her butt off for 2 months but the damage was done. It was winter and we had not been able to keep up with duplicating expenses so the electric and water was off. We were behind on our mortgage so when a short sell walked in we needed to take the deal. We ended up selling for less than we owed but the real estate agent still made her 10k off the deal. I will literally never recommend Orchard.

The Man, The Myth, The Realtor – Highly Recommended!

Our experience with Kyle Muth was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We were relocating to Colorado from out of state, and the process took over 9 months from the initial "let's start looking" to finally finding our dream home. Throughout this time, Kyle went above and beyond to ensure that we felt supported and well-informed at every step.

We were on a tight budget and ideally wanted some acreage, which is understandably tough to find in Colorado. At times, it felt like a real challenge to balance our desire for land with what we could afford. Kyle helped us navigate this by thoughtfully guiding us through options, going back and forth between homes with some acreage and neighborhood-style homes. His patience and understanding made the entire process feel less like a transaction and more like a true partnership. Even when we couldn't be there in person, Kyle made sure we felt confident in our choices and never pressured us to settle for less than what we wanted.

Since we were out of state, Kyle took the time to visit homes on our behalf and sent us detailed narrated video walkthroughs, allowing us to get a real feel for each property. His attention to detail and dedication to helping us make the right decision was evident every step of the way.

What truly sets Kyle apart, though, is his genuine care for his clients. He is not just a knowledgeable real estate professional—he's a kind, trustworthy individual who truly cares about helping people find the right home. He understands the ins and outs of buying and selling homes, and it’s clear that he has his clients' best interests at heart.

We had a great experience! We used the Move First program which was a huge help because we have young kids and it felt daunting to keep our house showing ready. It worked so well for us, and we had the best buyer and seller agents. We also used the concierge program to fix up a few thing which was so convenient. The only downside was with Orchard mortgage. They emphasized that they offer no cost refinancing throughout the life of the loan, but then sold our loan to another company on day 1.

They took away all the stress and uncertainty of trying to do back-to-back closings when having to sell your current house in order to buy your next. I'll definitely use them again.
