Let our .ch domain renewal fail
Let our .ch domain renewal fail, due to 'technical issues'. Multiple support sessions assured there was no risk of downtime as the renewal approached, followed all their instructions. And then everything went down. No apology, just a bot saying 'sorry for the inconvenience'.
Can't reply to the reply, but yes they have not fixed this and their team have stopped responding to the ticket.
