Price increase of 34% in May! Not reasonable at all. Consequence: I cancelled my subscription. If Netflix had increased their subscriptions reasonably in the context of the current economy , I would not have moved my viewing preference to another platform.

When I placed an order with them, almost all items were canceled due to unavailability. I called them to just cancel everything because it would be a waste of time to make the trip just for a few items. Upon checking on my order, it was never canceled and was marked as fulfilled. So then I had to chase my refund, which took 2 WEEKS! A very disappointing experience!

Not even one star deserve this company. Unfortunately, I am on the same boat. I have been waiting for 4 months for the $25 GC redemption, and more than 5 times I have contacted them asking about the status, all that I have received are nonsense excuses, like "our team is checking if your account is in good stand" or "the card will be issued shortly". They are using the customers to get the reviews, for free, offering fake rewards, and if they think that is not illegal, they are wrong. The site should be closed and denounced, it is time to stop dishonest companies to continue operating in this country.

I purchased a Hisence 58” Roku tv. Got it home worked fine for about four days and it stopped working trying to update software and can’t. (Error 003) Hisence said it’s a software issue and not the tv. Roku keeps telling me they are working on the problem. It’s been over a week and still nothing is fixed. So I’m stuck with out a tv because Roku can’t seem to fix their problems. Wish I would had done more research on tv’s before I purchased this Hisence Roku tv. No telling how long it will take. JUNK

It’s my own fault that I didn’t check if this service offered me zero value for money. A years subscription at £13pm for a set of cartridges represents extremely poor value for money. What really annoyed me is that when you opt out of the service they remotely cancel your current full cartridges from being used forcing your hand to buy more product from them, more product to landfill, even less value from the years subscription you’ve paid and you have to spend more money with HP for new cartridges . Corporate greed at its best. Well done HP. 👏🏻
