This moving company is straight scam.My mom appliance was supposed to be delivered three weeks. They told her two separate dates and lied. It's been going on three weeks still haven't delivered her appliance. She called customer service and lady was so rude to her telling her be patient like how you got the nerve to get mad when someone else furniture hasn't been delivered crazy ass get another job if you don't like customer service stupid. These people are straight scam

The way that they picked up my furniture and loaded it into the southwest van lines vehicle made me feel comfortable with my move from Houston, Texas to Los California. As a contractor, I was charged a huge amount of money for so called "leads". I never had a single enquiry or conversation with any of those "leads." I feel like it's barely a step away from being a con. Such practice is not acceptable! I's like to warn everyone!
