On June 13th, 2024 I bought several motorcycle gear items. Two helmets and a helmet intercom arrived, but the second intercom never arrived, a jacket and airbag vest were never sent. On October 8th I asked for a refund of the items that were never sent/arrived and it was approved. I've been following up more than once a month and to this day nothing, no more e-mail replies, no action, just promises. Last commitment (through Whatsapp with the sales representative, on February 18th, 2025) was that this week the refund would be made effective, the week technically over at the moment of writing this. Since I've been ignored for months, I posted my complaint on their Fb page, without using offensive language, and of course they deleted my comment and banned me from visiting that page, handling even worse the situation. They are unreachable through phone and they have no customer service direct contact, other than some email addresses, from where I haven't gotten further replies.

Total SCAM company. In April 2025, I was looking to replace a lost title on an automobile. I thought I was on a governmental website but I was actually on etags website. I filled out all of the information required, and after paying $133 on my credit card, they required a signature to process the title. When I reviewed the title l saw it was made out to a company in manatee, not in my name. I called the company within five minutes of applying for this title (and not completing it,) and they stated that that was the processing company they use and they would not provide a full refund because I checked a box stating that I only get a $10 refund and not a full refund after not completing the title. I guess I’m better out $123 in an automobile. Buyer beware!

A friend suggested i try out Viking bags for my motorcycle. I ordered the quick release for my 12 softail slim and i just love them!! Top notch quality, great instructions included. Also have youtube videos to help for those of us who need to visually see it. The fit and finish of the product cant be beat!!! if your on the fence, just hop on over and grab them! Stop waiting! I got mine around 8 years ago and love them so much i recently ordered a friend a set. Had to get on here and leave a review.

Took Three months to deliver. Out of courtesy I drove 20 miles to pick up bike at alternate location. Driver had issue with selected location. Had a alternate but driver requested I consider pick up at Local Harley Dealer where he was delivering a number of bikes. If given another chance I would have just rented a UHAUL and driven the bikes home. This server is ideal for Dealers and large shipments but for one or two bikes you may want to consider your options.
