All of the closets in my home are from modular. I have them for years and they are extremely well Made and keep up nicely. I recently ordered Closetry for my laundry room and was extremely happy with my experience yet again.
Handyman had a very easy time installing and did it quickly.
Only have had a great experience with modular.

We love our new closet and the organization Modular Closets allowed us to acheive. I used the online planning tool and ordered everything we needed myself. Assembly was easy and they are great quality. Wish the Vista drawers has soft-close, but they are still great!

I would rate Modular Closets a 10 out of 5 for a few simple reasons. 1. My sales person Cory was my guy on all three closets over the past several years. Every time I was ready to purchase he answered the phone. It was the first closet, I gave a bad measurement and needed a different segment, Cory and the Pro dept figured out my mistake, took care of the change and delivered
the proper segment I needed to complete the project. He walked me through all the parts and hardware and sent exactly what I ordered. He was very helpful and professional. As a competent DiYer, you can appreciate working with a company, or rep like Cory and his Pro Dept who follow through when you ask for help. Second, I got what I ordered. Nothing was damaged, and nothing missing.
3. The instructions are easy to follow making installation a breeze.
4. All three closest are fully functioning with ZERO ISSUES.
We do not miss the wire shelves we used to have. I have 1 closet left to redo and I will def be giving Cory a call. Thank you for making a quality product.
