Average experience. In this day and age there should be a program that lets you get a visual proof of your ribbon. You have made many errors in the past, even on re-orders, which probably could be prevented with a visual proof. Your current order system does not provide for easy customer understanding.

This is the second trophy that I’ve bought from COPYTROPHY and both are perfect. The attention to detail on the engraving, the hefty weight of the trophy itself, and the fabulous finish make this trophy my favorite Eagles item that I have ever bought. Friends ask to take pictures with them and others ask if they’re the real thing. Lee was great to work with and set clear expectations as to when my trophy would be ready. I’m am eagerly awaiting buying my next trophy!
