One negative is that Mercury requires you to connect a 3rd Party payment processor (Stripe) to receive payments by credit card, Link, Apple Pay, etc. It's pretty lame. Why is the 2.0% - 3.5% fee to Intuit or Stripe passed along to the customer as if no better options exist?

Mercury issued a check for $24,586.61 to my company (Arc Capital Strategy LLC) on Jan 28, 2025 — but they sent it to the **wrong address**, even though I provided the correct one by email multiple times.
Now I suspect the check may have been cashed by someone else, and Mercury has given me no real updates or confirmation about whether the check has been canceled or reissued.
Mercury:

✅ Confirm if it has been cashed
✅ Reissue a new check to the correct address:

The lack of support and transparency is unacceptable. I urge anyone considering this bank to think twice if you care about customer service and account security.

I’m really happy with Mercury!
I might not qualify for the advanced features designed for larger companies, but as a self‑employed individual (a disregarded entity), it covers all my needs and helps me maintain my US presence. Last year they introduced a conversion fee of about 3% on non‑USD transactions, which I still find reasonable. The only thing to watch out for is that if your residency is outside the US, you won’t be able to make outbound international transfers—so if you work with suppliers abroad, that could be a limitation.

I would like to add that, thanks to the Mercury team’s quick follow‑up, I now have international wire transfer capabilities enabled!

Mercury - the future of banking
Mercury has exceeded my expectations with a real-time, on-time banking experience. I had a situation where my card was inadvertently scheduled to be charged twice for a single transaction. I could access real-time information that enabled an immediate request of reversal for the second transaction. The merchant responded positively. It was hassle-free! In addition, I love the notifications that keep me updated when I am too busy to check on my account. Mercury's online banking is truly futuristic, I could not ask for more. I can definitely recommend Mercury to anyone who wants an efficient, secure and reliable banking experience.

I love Mercury. It's great.
I love Mercury. The user experience is amazing, the fees are low, the interface is smooth. The customer support is good as well, fast responses and helpful answers. The only thing I don't like is the international transaction fees which used to be 0% and now it's 3%
