This company is a hard no. This is my first experience with them and I should have read reviews first. My card was charged before I even got a consultation and was rejected because of photos which was fine because I could go to another company. However, when I checked my account, it was already charged for the product that I am not getting. How do you charge someone for a product before they receive a consultation with a doctor? When I called the customer service number, it said there is no one available and the help center does not provide an option for what I want. I want my money back.
