Couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, this auto insurance company has gone above and beyond. Getting a quote was quick and easy, and the rate I received was extremely competitive—much better than what I was paying before. MAPFRE made multiple errors during my claim

My appraiser Nichole Cave who was the appraiser for two of my vehicles, made multiple errors during our claims. Unfortunately, she gave me information that was false about how the claims process works, and what to expect. In addition, she never filed my entire appraisal, and I had to send it to the adjuster myself. In addition, she wrote up the incorrect point of damage for my vehicle, even though I uploaded a picture of the area that was hit. An old dent on the bumper was fixed, instead of the damaged quarter panel/door. When I contacted MAPFRE appraisal supervisor, Michael, his response was they would fix the correct area of damage, but there was a rust spot near that damage I would need to pay for because it was connected to the same panel. This is because MAPFRE had already been paid by the other Ins company for the bumper and now would have to foot the bill for their error! And they want me to pay for part of the area damaged???? Also, Michael would not approve a rental car, even though we had already been without our vehicle for 6 days while the wrong area was being fixed. They work in bad faith and can’t own their errors! Who wants an Ins company who doesn’t fight for you and treats you like a number not a human!! Oh and MAPFRE quality Ins..pls do not respond to this the way you do to each bad review you get!!! Actually fix the problem…because I have already contacted a lawyer!!
