Jim Chuba is an excellent realtor. He was present for everything. We tried selling with 2 full (6% commission) realtors that didn’t give us anywhere near the service Jim did. I would recommend him to everyone. He listed our house on a Friday and we had an offer on Sunday.

I have bought and sold several homes in my life and Chris has been the best real estate professional I interacted with. I am glad I selected Chris and her team, as she seemed to be very experienced, professional, and also experienced with the Scottsdale market where I was selling my home. Chrissy and Alexis kept in excellent communication with me through out the entire process. Chrissy was extremely responsive to every email or text I sent.
