I was having trouble with logging into my account. The lady took care of that issue and helped me with my auto-replenishment as well. I also did not have to wait on the phone forever. I think other companies could learn from the hospitality and easiness of helping customers.
Our cats absolutely love this its a little absurd lol but in a great way! We get it delivered like clockwork and when we need to push a delivery back or get it sooner, it is super easy and takes me about 3-5 min to do it.

Your customer service personnel are a pleasure to speak with. On several occasions I’ve had to change my auto shipments dates due to the fact that I have a growing 15 week old puppy. Judging the right size bag to order has been my challenge. The times that I’ve had to call to reorder, your staff has been so understanding, made suggestions and assured me a new bag would be delivered to me in a timely fashion. Thank you for hiring and properly training your support staff.
