We ordered boots for my daughter’s queens contest and they didn’t arrive when expected, called and Lebo’s looked into it right away and even called me and gave an update! The boots finally arrived and they are exactly what we were hoping for! Excellent customer service! Would definitely order from here again!
Purchased a riding helmet for my first time rider via online pick up. I ordered the incorrect size as I truly wasn't sure which size I needed. The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond and called another store to see if a smaller size was available as it wasn't available at the location I went to. He was able to find one in her size. Friendly and helpful customer service.
Lebo’s is a great online seller. They have a wide selection to choose from. I was in search for a specific Birkenstock shoe that my wife wanted(x-mas gift) Lebo’s had the specific color and size in stock. They were quick to confirm order, shipping was speedy, and shoes arrived as described.
Unfortunately, my daughter had liked these shoes so much, I had to order another pair Christmas Eve for her. I was equally impressed with the second transaction. Received the same great customer service, communication and shipping.

Cheaper than the brands website!
I ordered OnCloud shoes from Lebos for about $30 cheaper than they were on the OnCloud website. They were also out of stock on the OnCloud website for my size.
The package did arrive a few days late, and a little beat up, but no cosmetic damage to the shoes were done.
But the price difference alone is enough to make up for both of these things. This is a legit company with great deals!

paid extra for expedited shipping which was not expedited
The item was perfect and the shopping experience was great as well...reason why I am giving three strars is because I had free shipping with my purchase, but I decided to pay additional $30 for expedited shipping to make sure I got the item on time for what they were purchased for, making sure I had mple time to get them...they said it had shipped immediately but instead these were stalled for 4 days waiting to be picked up. I would've sticked with the free shipping option if the outcome would've been the same. Now I am $30 more than what I needed to pay for these and still they never made on time for my trip, so now I have these brand new great winter boots sitting in a box.
