Cabinet delivered earlier than quote and with no shipping cost. Great piece of furniture right out of the box as promised.

Purchased an antelope wall sculpture. Item was more gold than shown in internet picture and cannot be used where originally intended. Also did not want to return and have to pay shipping and restocking fees. Kept it but will not be ordering anything else ever again.

I upgraded to white glove delivery to deliver into the home. Price was reasonable and delivery was a smooth process.The delivery time was also pretty soon after purchase. Will be back!

Extremely Disappointed – Buyer Beware!

Thanks for your response. I understand freight returns are costly, but charging $377, almost 50% of the item’s price makes the return completely unreasonable. Whether or not you profit from it, the cost makes it feel like customers are being penalized for a purchase that didn’t work out.

I also find the return process overly strict, requiring original packaging, no signs of assembly, and pre-approval photos only adds more barriers. It gives the impression that your policy is designed to discourage returns rather than support customer satisfaction.

I followed the dimensions, but the piece still didn’t work in my space. Now, I’m stuck with something I don’t want simply because returning it is financially irrational.

I truly hope your team will reconsider the shipping charge or offer an alternative. I’m still open to a fair resolution.

I purchased a table from Layla Grayce for $867 and received it just two days ago. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for my space, so I contacted them to initiate a return. That’s when the problems started.

While a 10% restocking fee ($87) is understandable, they also wanted to charge $377 for return shipping, which is absolutely outrageous. At that point, returning the table becomes pointless—and that seems to be their goal.

Their customer service was unfriendly and rigid. They require the item to be returned in the exact original packaging, which is difficult to manage unless you’ve kept every bit of material in perfect condition. They also demanded photos of the fully repacked item before even approving the return. And to make things even more unreasonable—they stated that the item must show no signs of assembly to be eligible for return. That’s incredibly unrealistic for a furniture piece you need to try in your space.

I’m now stuck with a table I don’t want, simply because returning it has been made intentionally difficult, expensive, and frustrating.

Layla Grayce clearly does not prioritize customer satisfaction. Their policies are excessively strict, and their approach to returns is designed to discourage them. Avoid at all costs.

We don’t mark up return shipping, and we don’t profit from it in any way.

Our return policy is designed to balance flexibility for customers with the realities of handling large-scale furniture. We do ask for items to be returned in original packaging and in unassembled condition to ensure they arrive safely and can be restocked. These requirements are standard in the furniture industry and are also clearly outlined on our site, along with product dimensions to help guide purchase decisions.

We never want a customer to feel “stuck,” and we’re truly sorry this didn’t work out for your space. That said, we have to follow policies that are fair and consistent across all orders. While we do our best to assist with returns, we can’t absorb high freight costs for buyer’s remorse situations — especially when all sizing details were available prior to purchase.
