I have been trying to place an order for a tie to match the contrasting color of my Black Linen Suit with contrasting color of Maroon - 887-18 but no one has told me how to accomplish this goal. I was told I could order any color or fabric tie, but when I try to order this specific color tie, I don't see how I can change my order to the specific color I want which is Marooon- 887-18. Can you please let me know how to change the fabric and desired color for a tie that I want?

I had placed an order for a woman’s shirt for my wife. We followed the measurement instructions to the letter. When the shirt arrived the sleeves were 2” too long to the point where she couldn’t wear the shirt. I contacted iTailor to address the issue. At first they blamed the error on us providing inaccurate measurements. We remeasured my wife again and came us with the same measurements so it was clearly not our fault. They they offered to remake the shirt but we had to pay 50% of the cost. That was completely unreasonable as it was not our fault. Finally they agreed to remake the shirt at no charge. We finally received the remade shirt and it fits perfectly. Nice job!

This is a great find! I am 6'6" tall and I have paid tailors that did not give me this quality of a suit. I have slowly replaced almost all my suits with ITailor. Recently I received my 1st shirt from ITailor and quickly bought more once I received it

Insanely good service

I ordered a button down shirt a while back and I took my measurements incorrectly. After letting iTailor now that i the shirt didn't fit me well. They didn't hesitate to help me fix this problem. They asked for a bicep measurement which i provided 4 months later and yet they didn't have a problem with me taking so long to answer them.

I highly recommend iTailor, for the cheap/moderate prices the quality is very nice and the service impeccable.

This is by far the best online shirt maker in the world. I bought over the last 3 years more than a dozen shirts with them and each and everyone was perfectly fitting, highest class material and the customer service of the team and especially co-owner Bob is second to none. I am very particular about my shirts, and started buying from iTailor with high hopes. The fabric used for the three I have so far is of superb quality, as are collar and cuff linings, and they withstand washing very well. Fit is excellent both before and after washing (I sent measurements from an existing shirt rather than measuring myself), and so is craftsmanship. Their software for ordering is excellent, user friendly and offering a very wide range of custom choices compared to competitors. Colour rendering on the website is approximate, but clicking on the 'fabric' icon at top right opens a photo of each fabric. Even better, they are willing to accommodate requests beyond what their software will allow, although email communication can be patchy and this led to a mistake with the cuffs of my third shirt (to their credit they offered to make another, though this did take two more weeks to agree).

There are one or two negatives. Threads seem more prone to shrinkage than those of competitors, leading to puckering, which is avoidable given the quality of everything else. If there was a way to add notes to an order to refer to additional measurements sent by email, mistakes could be avoided. Finally, the collar lining on my first shirt has proved disappointing, wrinkling at the back when wearing a tie. The newer two are free from any problem.

If you are careful with your measurements and their software can accommodate your choices, I doubt you’ll be disappointed. Pricing is very competitive, and the six week delivery window is not unreasonable given that goods come from Thailand. Delivery has always been within the promised time.

My second shirt in particular is the best I’ve ever owned, even by comparison with British custom makers, and I shall certainly be buying from iTailor again, particularly if email communication can be improved (marking emails as urgent/priority seems to help). Overall they are a reputable and helpful company capable of doing a superb job, although their customer communication remains a bit of a work in progress.

I've been ordering from iTailor for years and will continue to do so. Sometimes it's the little things. For example I've asked for two pants, one cuffed and one plain. iTailor gets it right every time. If there is something I want that not on the menu I just ask and they always find a way to get it done for me. If I want to change a measurement it's never any problem. Simply request a change and it gets done. Also, the attention to detail is every evident in every garment. That's not something you get everywhere. Sure you can pay more for an "off the rack" suit but it won't compare to the perfect fitting of an iTailor suit.

Ordered a Blazer (jacket) and it arrived within the estimated timeframe. Blazer is perfect, exactly as ordered. For me, iTailor has always delivered good fitting garments. I use my actual measurements and over the years I have refined my measurements to the point where the fit for shirts and suits is perfect every time. Today’s arrival was no different, a made to measure double breasted navy blue blazer with gold buttons, which looks stunning, so pleased that I have gone to the effort of a review. I have lost count of how many shirts I have had from iTailor and I must have had 4 or 5 suits over the last 10 years or so. I don’t buy off the peg, ready to wear any more as garments from iTailor, when made with full measurements are a far superior fit and the tailoring is a good classical/traditional cut.

I don't normally do reviews First time user had 1 shirt made to check quality before buying more. There website was easy to use the hardest thing was picking the color and fabric give them a little time for delivery you won't be disappointed.

The first time I ordered from iTailor, they sent me shirts with the wrong sizes—as if my arms ended at my elbows. They contacted me via WhatsApp, offering to send replacements if I removed my original negative review. They kept that promise, and I decided to give them another chance.

Unfortunately, this second experience has been even worse. The order was supposed to take 5 weeks but took 50 days, and I only received part of it. I had previously ordered two shirts and copied the same measurements for the new order, only to find out today that the numbers were changed in my order. Despite measuring everything exactly as before, they sent me skinny jeans half the size I requested. When I checked their website, I noticed the altered measurements.

It’s incredibly frustrating. Even after ensuring I used the same measurements, I still haven't received my shirts, and it’s now been 50 days. At this point, I regret placing this order and just want a refund.

This experience has been a waste of time and money (over $250 USD). This time, if they contact me via WhatsApp, I’ll ignore them and donate the pants rather than compromise on my review. The mistakes, delays, and altered sizes are simply unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and avoid iTailor.
