A site inspection was required before policy renewal. Pat guided me throughout the process, uploaded the repairs images and got me the license renewal.

Laurie was something out of the ordinary by today's new standards of doing business. Several agents were contacted via email to assist in securing a policy, she was the only one that followed up with a call. All the other agents proceeded with texts messages and emails. Her willingness to go above and beyond made the process palatable. In an age of technology, being personable makes her stand out and makes a difference.
