I bought three items on here, i realized two of then werent anine figures but instead anime stands, i asked to cancel the order and they rudely replied that its apart of their policy and that i agreed to it when signing up even tho nothing was mentioned about it. Then i asked for the sellers information, instead of answering guess what they did? They ignored me for days until i filed a dispute with paypal where they threatened me to cancel it or they wont do business with me again and included that i have to pay even more money to cancel the item. Then paypal said that they couldnt help me either because the item was delivered because zen marked ignored my words and sent the items to the warehouse anyways. I wish i could give it a 0 but honestly im so done with this site and paypal. At this point i want to request a deletion on my account, im not paying the cancelation fee.

The service that I received from the quote to final delivery of my items was exemplary. Felipe was my initial sales rep that sent me the quote and answered any and all questions that I had. After I decided on hiring Granero Moving, I was put in contact with Dennis, the Operations Coordinator. He ensured that the move was seamless. And to be honest, I was going through a rough time on a personal level, this is something he had no clue about. I appreciated that him and the team were on top of everything. When the movers came to pick up my items in Los Angeles, they repacked everything in the storage unit to ensure that they make a safe passage. When the items reached Rotterdam, Agustina, the rep here ensured that my items cleared customs without a hitch, and that my items were delivered to my apartment. Nothing was broken. Everything made it intact.

I have to confess that I didn't need this application for work, but rather to satisfy my curiosity about the Chinese import world. And that it did! I've used it to further understand the dynamics of international trade. It's an added bonus that it is easy to use, understand, and that the author has been extremely helpful and communicative. So whatever your import knowledge needs may be, this application/website should help you get that information.

I received an envelope which was empty apart from a note saying thank you for your order. They took £53 from my bank account. I didn’t order anything from them. My bank will be taking action against them for fraud. Their reference number is LTN364632552N1.
