A tour company sold me their "Trip Protection Plan" which was supposed to include some medical coverage. In reading the fine print, it looked like the medical was more assistance with finding you a provider and didn't really cover the cost of the medical assistance. I bought a policy from IMG to cover medical expenses should I have any. IMG's website made it easy to compare policies and enroll.
So Far so good (got signed-up). I will take another survey if something unexpected comes up on our trip and we need to file a claim for coverage with your company.
It was quick straightforward and easy to complete. Did it in 5 minutes. Thanks to Simpsons Insurance in Calgary for introducing me to IMG. The Patriot Platinum plan is exactly what i needed.
My experience was all online, but I felt that everything was described satisfactorily, and the Website was very user friendly. At this point, I feel that I would definitely purchase my travel insurance through the IMG site again in the future.
