It’s uncomplicated they are less expensive than others that I checked with. I was disappointed that they did not offer a senior citizen discount, but they were the less expensive in their offer for 12 months. In today’s economy, that’s the bottom line.

I've used IGS for many years. They are really customer oriented and make sure you're getting the best deal. I would very highly recommend them. Also they don't bug you unnecessarily.

I received an unsolicited call to renew my contract. I was under the impression I was renewing my contract for electricity. It wasn't until I signed the contract for GAS that I realized I made a mistake!
Within minutes of this error I received a phone call from Danielle .I explained my error .i asked that this contract be cancelled. She explained the benefits of having IGS
contracts for both gas and electricity. I understood and stated "I am not interested in the contract for gas
I mistakenly signed the contract for gas. Please cancel" She acknowledged understanding my reason and request,

This company solicits by going to your…

This company solicits by going to your door and asking you to see your electric bill and if that's not bold, they take your phone if your an elderly person who doesn't know how to fully work it and shows her how to except a rate that is 6 cents higher than what you are actually paying. Would not recommend.
