Part of my order was not in stock at the time, and I had to leave for the day, they stayed in contact with me multiple times throughout the day until I was able to get back online. I contacted them through live chat and they fulfilled the rest of my order almost instantly. I've used them multiple times since finding out about them, and will continue to do so. Not once have I been let down, or unsatisfied with their service. They are a real stand up group of individuals!
I have bought stickers from iggm. Today I did not get all my stickers once ordered. I went online gave them my order number and explained that certain stickers was not received. Not even five minutes, I received my stickers. This company is the best and response is fast. Excellent customer service thanks again iggm for great service.
I received an email, after getting dice for MonopolyGo and ended up on a temporary ban, and IGGM offered to redo the dice even though they had previously given them. They gave me complimentary dice as I was banned for a bit. Wow! Helen answered my chat and went through her process with no hiccups to me at all informing me to wait for my email from them letting me know they were finished. Thank you!
