They are good — I joined them four years ago. However, they really need to add cent accounts for testing strategies and growing accounts. Cent accounts are important for professional traders who want to experiment and also to attract new clients. For example, I have many new clients, but I often end up searching for brokers that offer cent accounts, especially for my new students.
Very Good Customers support ..Prompt reply and solve the Problem...My one recommendation is that kindly add Crypto deposit iff Possible...Because Bank Deposit is not available in our Country and other methods have extra cost...
The agents were responsive, understandable and helpful; but i seem to be having an issue(s) that required me to email support. Having these issues with demo accounts does not exactly instill confidence to open a live account.....
Currently being told its a maintenance issue. As an automtive tech for 26yrs; i get the problems that can arise, so i will certainly give the benefit of the doubt and check back in.

Customer service was great help. As a new customer and someone unfamiliar to the withdrawal system, the person on the other line had quick responses, and helped me with my inquiry of withdrawing money with ease.
