I rented a room off Roomies app for 5 months from Ariana Pierre and it was the worst experience of my life. Ariana Pierre and her boyfriend Justin lives there while renting it out and they robbed me. They stole my clothes, phone, jewelry etc after locking me out. They changed the locks on me mid way thru the month and kept my money. For no reason, they stole my credit cards and scammed me. I would never rent from them again. Again they post looking for people on Roomies app. Ariana Pierre. Light-skinned with twist.

I advertised my room. They don't correctly match you with applicants. You ask for a price and prospective applicant's range is never even close. Also applicant's are not looking for rooms in your area. So what's the use? Worst is, you can't contact them even after you pay for the roomster upgrade. I want to cancel. Luckily I only paid for a week. They are a total scam.

Lowther are the worst factors I've ever used. The reviews do not lie. They take huge amounts of money and literally do nothing in return. Repairs are never carried out and you will waste months before realising this. They are corrupt, fraudulent parasites. Do not buy any house that is factored by them.

To be clear this positive review is not for Rooftop per se. In the past I have found them to be unprofessional, hostile and even cruel! However, I have recently had dealings with a lady called Kelly on repairs and cannot praise this lady enough. She offers customer services how it used to be; with care, regard and proficiency. Kelly, if you ever read this, thank you for all your help. Not only are you a ray of sunshine to speak to you are efficient and capable. You are an absolute credit to Rooftop and if all of their staff were like you all of these negative reviews on this site would not exist. Truly Kelly, thank you so much. You're a darling and we wish you all the health and happiness for your future.

This is the worst and rudest customer service I have ever encountered. As an environmental scientist, I wanted to raise awareness about Clarion's gardening practices with their customer service team and inquire about their approach to mitigating climate change. However, the representative on the phone refused to let me speak or voice my concerns about the destruction of local habitats in Bromley (BR1) caused by their poorly trained gardeners. These so-called gardeners are cutting down trees, hedges, and roses—essential elements of our wildlife habitat—without any apparent knowledge or care using petrol hedge cutters e.g., cut the hedges that have been well established for local birds and cut the essential vegetation to knee height. When I requested contact details for their environmental department or estate management team, I was refused simply because I am a private tenant rather than the property owner. Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude, along with their complete disregard for environmental responsibility, is an absolute disgrace. The local habitat should be under their care, not subjected to such reckless destruction on the regular basis. I will not give up on this matter and will escalate it to the Housing Ombudsman.

Terrible useless place. Have no interest in carrying out repairs. No heating for last two winters no immersion heater for last five years and houses are damp. Ignorant staff who believe they are above their tenants. Hire cowboys as contractors who couldn't hammer a nail in straight. Avoid cos you won't be able to get out of there horrible houses and you'd be better of on the street.

I recently worked for sanctuary housing in Francis street hull which will be the main call centre for all (JJ) residents/tenants they have absolutely no morals regarding those who work for sanctuary.
