I am looking forward to working with Housejet. Their on boarding program has been very informative. I have signed up with other referral companies and have had no luck. This company is t he real deal.

There should be a zero star option. I threw away $4k by believing their too good to be true promises. I received 52 leads, spoke to 1 person who had no idea how I got their info. After 4 or 5 mo, more than half of the 52 leads disappeared from my portal and I never got another lead. Biggest and most expensive scam to date, for me. Never again. Note: I can’t remember the exact dates, but it was last year. I’ve tried to block the whole experience from my mind because I feel like a fool, so I can’t remember exact dates.
I have just reviewed your quick start videos. I have been in real estate off and on since getting my license in 1973 in the state of Arkansas. I have also been licensed in North Carolina but in 1986 returned to Arkansas. I have been successful over the years but had to work other jobs to make ends meet. I am now 70 years old the industry has changed. My fear was making a good income and kept it given the expense to conduct business. After reviewing your video, I can see how HouseJet will give me the tools to be successful and no longer fear not make it. Thanks to HouseJet, i fully understand how the system works and wished this program was available in 1986 when i returned to Arkansas. Also, the change of the NAR to recognize the need for Buyer Representation (even if that happen from a lawsuit) there is no better time to make HouseJet a great opportunity for being successful in real estate as fulltime job. Thank you, Mike Oddo!
If you're a new agent looking strictly for training not leads then this company might be okay, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. But if you're considering their lead program, run the other way.
Over the course of a year, we received 228 leads, spoke with only 10 people, and every single one was "just looking." We essentially threw $4,000 down the drain. No closings, no ROI, and absolutely no refund offered.
To make matters worse, another agent in our office tried the same program and got zero leads in an entire year again, no refund. This lead program feels more like a sales pitch than a legitimate opportunity. Save your money and stay far away from it. I am here to help real estate agents not to toss their hard-earned money away.

HouseJet--run by agents for the agents
The step by step training with fast track is great! Makes it very easy to set us up for success. Love that it is agent run/owned. Can’t wait to start getting leads.

Realtors Beware
⸻
House Jet Is a Predatory Scam – Realtors, Beware
If you’re a real estate agent considering House Jet, stop right now. This company is nothing more than a polished, overpriced scam targeting hardworking agents with false promises and deceptive guarantees.
They lure you in with a slick pitch about high-quality, exclusive leads and back it up with a “one-year warranty” that’s supposed to give you peace of mind. What they actually deliver are low-quality, cold, recycled leads—if they deliver anything at all. Most are unresponsive, unmotivated, or outright confused about why you’re contacting them. And yet, House Jet has the audacity to charge a premium price for this garbage.
When it comes time to hold them to their one-year refund promise, you’ll hit a wall of excuses, silence, and shady evasiveness. It’s a classic bait-and-switch: once they’ve taken your money, they vanish into a fog of fine print and fake accountability.
I’ve personally connected with nearly 30 other agents who’ve been taken for a ride by House Jet, and we are in the process of organizing a class action lawsuit. This isn’t just poor service—it’s systemic fraud, and it’s time they’re held accountable.
House Jet doesn’t just fail to deliver. They actively exploit agents with a shiny scam disguised as a lead service. Don’t fall for it. There are better, more honest ways to grow your business. This isn’t one of them.

Finding the perfect fit for you
The videos were very informative about your system and how it how it works as well as the advantages it has over past referral companies that I have used in the past. The was a lot of information that I will digest and work on/with in order to tailor it to me. I look at it like a variation of suits, you rack suits you buy and just put it on and go. I see this as not a tailor made suit but a rack suit to be tailored. I have now purchased it and it is time to tailor it to fit me in order to look my best.

Horrible Leads, Money Back Guarantee is a Joke!
The positive reviews about House Jet come from agents who have just signed up and have not experienced their horrible leads. If you read the reviews from experienced users they are overwhelmingly negative. Unfortunately, my experience places me firmly in that category.
I signed up with House Jet after being assured by their sales representative that there was a money-back guarantee if I didn’t close a deal within a year. They also claimed their team would help with outreach to supplement my efforts. With over 26 years in the real estate industry, I completed their training in less than a week. I’ve successfully closed high-value deals, including a $2.6 million transaction from a Zillow lead. As both a real estate professional and a mortgage broker, I’m fully capable of financially qualifying leads over the phone—so I felt confident moving forward.
House Jet ultimately provided 80 leads, mainly from Facebook and their own website. Unfortunately, the quality of these leads was extremely poor:
- 95% had invalid phone numbers
- 20% had incorrect email addresses
- Emails to leads with bad phone numbers received no replies
- I was only able to speak to about 1% of the leads, and none were serious or qualified buyers/sellers
Even using House Jet’s recommended scripts, the leads I reached were unmotivated or unqualified. For example:
- A woman searching on behalf of her caregiver, who had poor credit and no down payment
- A family with no credit history, unstable income, and no savings
- A man recently out of bankruptcy, hoping his daughter would buy a home for him
- A retired couple who lost interest after learning their current home's value
- Several individuals already under contract with other agents, just casually browsing
Despite following House Jet’s system exactly, I didn’t close a single deal. Their claim that only a few calls per lead were needed was inaccurate—it typically took nine or more attempts to make contact. Lead flow also stopped entirely at times, requiring me to reach out to support just to get things moving again.
After nearly three decades in this business, I can confidently say House Jet has been the most disappointing lead provider I’ve encountered. The lead quality was extremely poor, the support inconsistent, and the money-back guarantee was not honored. I would strongly caution other professionals to think twice before investing in this service.

The training was excellent, Mike used real life experiences to show how to improve my sales and listing. The training materials were made available to me to use and practice to make setting appointments, and helping buyers with the knowledge to successfully buy there dream home.

FINALLY found it!!
I have no idea how many hundreds of calls, texts, or emails that I have received through my previous 10 years in Real Estate inviting me to join this program or that promising all sorts of things to “help” grow my business. House Jet caught my eye and was not in my area. The closest agent is 120 miles away. It does take a bit of faith and an initial investment, but I believe House Jet will actually take me to the next level. The training videos plus the calls that have been made TO me, indicate an interest in me and my success that is necessary to help fuel their success. It’s the first “WIN, WIN” program that I’ve come across!! I look forward to learning the system and making it MINE for both our benefit!!

A very thin line above a scam..
This will be my second and much more redacted review of HouseJet a/k/a MoneyMaker Marketing as they don’t allow you to point out certain things and took down the first one. Plain and simple, HouseJet charged me thousands of dollars up front for a program which I thought would provide quality leads on an ongoing basis that I could add to MY CRM (not theirs as it isn’t even a quarter as good as my CRM) and call/follow-up on. The truth is their leads are tired and recycled. Not “fresh” as they advertise. In a 12 month span, I didn’t receive 1 good lead. They CLAIM they made a bunch of appointments for me however I can confirm that my app only showed 3 appts - not the "many" they claim to have set..AND of the 3, only 1 showed up to their phone appointment - and he didn't qualify or have funds to work with - but I still tried to help him and am in contact w/him though he won't be ready for a very, very long time - if ever. They'll say that I "didn't use the HouseJet script"..its ELEMENTARY. The kind of script you get when working the McDonald's drive through (nothing against McDonalds, my family is in the business - but it makes a point!). Nothing that I don't already use in my vernacular and candor with clients on the daily. I’ve been and continue to call on these but over half are bad info so you can’t contact them, the other half has opted out and I cannot keep reaching them. I spent about 3 months without one lead due to system issues THEY had; now they claim that I was 'inactive' during that period - WOW. Now after a year of being disappointed with their poor systems and service, they will not even consider a refund because I didn’t use their terrible CRM…laughable - WHY would I use their meager CRM when I have an excellent one where I add ALL of my clients - I don't SPLIT them up in any way for ANY lead company! Ridiculous.
THE GOOD NEWS: I have now gotten in contact with over 50 agents in different states spanning Texas to Florida and everything in between that have also left negative reviews on different platforms (and there are much more than these which I will speak with) - and guess what - WE ALL HAVE THE SAME STORY. You know why? Because HouseJet is joke constructed by "Mike Oddo" and team to scam good Realtors out of hard earned money! Especially in geographies where their leads just don't hit the click mark...but they will NOT TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY for that - it's always "the agents didn't try". Sad state of affairs. Its too bad - because the concept is good - but their execution is terrible. So, if I can help any of you reading this by saving you a year’s worth of heartache and the loss of your hard earned $…do not buy u to this “leads” service…at best they are a very thin line above a scam… Spend your dollars on the established and trafficked public MLS sites you already know about and where the leads are actually fresh - they don’t allow me to put those names here but you know who they are. There's a reason that I close an average of 11% of leads from those other sites (WAY above the average) and not a single one from HouseJet. Many of these reviews are not honest - no doubt. Spending a dime on this service is too much and just helps them perpetuate this horridly misrepresented service; not to mention stealing thousands up front from hard working agents.

The gold standard for terrible leads
Oh, House Jet. The *gold standard* in lead generation—if your goal is to waste time, money, and a little bit of your soul. Let’s start with the reviews: every glowing 5-star testimonial? Surprise! They’re written by agents who just joined, because part of the onboarding *fun* is being told to post a positive review. It’s practically tradition. That’s how they drown out all the real feedback. Because if they didn’t force the praise upfront, their review section would read like a horror anthology.
Now, onto my experience. I was lured in by a charming sales rep who promised a money-back guarantee if I didn’t close a deal within a year. Oh, and they’d help contact leads, too. With over 26 years in real estate and a track record that includes a $2.6 million deal from a Zillow lead, I figured this would be a no-brainer. I’m also a mortgage broker, which means I know how to qualify someone faster than you can say “credit score.” So, naturally, I was confident.
Then came the 80 “leads.” Or as I now call them: the ghost file. Here’s what I got:
- 95% had phone numbers that went straight to the Twilight Zone
- 20% had email addresses that bounced harder than a spam filter on caffeine
- Reaching out? Crickets. Not a chirp.
- I got to *actually speak* to 1% of these leads, and not a single one was even close to being ready or able to buy or sell
Using their recommended scripts (because apparently those are the magic words), I met some truly *unique* prospects:
- A woman house-hunting for her caregiver, with no money and credit that would make a lender faint
- A newly arrived family with no credit history, no savings, and an income as steady as a see-saw
- A dad fresh out of bankruptcy who wanted his daughter to buy him a house—because that’s totally how this works
- A retired couple who lost interest faster than I lost hope
- And several people who were already locked into contracts with other agents but “just browsing” for fun
I followed the system to the letter. I made the calls—far more than the “few” they advertised (nine or more per lead, to be exact). I even had to chase down their support team just to get the lead flow turned back on at times.
But in the end? Zero deals. Zero returns. Zero accountability from House Jet.
After nearly three decades in this business, I’ve seen a lot. But House Jet takes the cake as the worst lead provider I’ve ever worked with. Terrible leads, broken promises, and a guarantee that’s worth less than the paper it’s not printed on. If you’re thinking about signing up—don’t. Just set your money on fire instead. It’ll save you time.

Great Introduction
Videos were concise and gave a great outline of the tools and expectations. Previously I believe my biggest challenge came from organization and clear a process. I really like the idea of following a preset outline that is manageable but comprehensive. This will undoubtedly help me in my future business as well as improve my ability to teach our newer agents in the future. I am looking forward to seeing what comes next!
