I love them all, I was going to get one pair of flats, but they were so cute and comfy and there was another pair that went on sale and was “so me!” And then that happened again. And I had to get a pair to match a certain dress, and I really love bulldogs. So my the end of the week I will have 5 pairs of flats (and one pair of heels I got like last year). I am also a quilter so we will see if I can go much longer without the sewing flats. They’re all so comfortable and they’re all so unique I am always getting compliments.

The shoes are so comfortable. I now own a few pairs of hot chocolate shoes and I get so many compliments from others on them. I used to wear just sneakers for comfort but now I will probably just stick with hot chocolate shoes because they are so comfortable after I wear them all day and night when I am out and about. Their designs are attractive and I get excited when I see an order is out for delivery. Thank you!

Customer service was fast and efficient. I accidentally ordered the wrong size shoes for my wife's birthday. Not once, but twice! And they quickly sent out return shipping labels and gave a quick refund upon receipt of the returned shoes. Always maintaining a positive and understanding tone, plus my wife is constantly getting comments on her cute shoes! Thank you Hot Chocolate!

Comfort and Stylish

The shoes are so comfortable. I now own a few pairs of hot chocolate shoes and I get so many compliments from others on them. I used to wear just sneakers for comfort but now I will probably just stick with hot chocolate shoes because they are so comfortable after I wear them all day and night when I am out and about. The shoes are gorgeous and comfortable except for one thing. There could be some cushion or softening on the part that hits the ankle. Even thru socks it gave me a blister the first day.
