It's absolutely amazing how far an AI assistant has come along and only to in the end transfer me to an agent when it was absolutely necessary.At no point did I realize that it was actually an AI until.It transferred me to an agent.It has high flea fast response time.And the way it talks is really good. There are some differences between the yesterday's conversation and today's conversation.Where yesterday it was feeling a little bit more supportive and encouraging, well today it was trying to fix my issue but it was a couple of times repeating itself.
I had an amazing experience with customer support! The representative was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He solved all the issues I was facing and guided me through everything step by step. I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into making sure everything worked perfectly.
The best part was his clarity in explaining things. He not only understood my issues quickly but also wrote clear and detailed chat notes to help me understand the solutions better. He even provided helpful resources, including VPS plan options and documentation on how to install Node.js on a VPS.

The company is excellent, team support excellent and the web builder FANTASTIC (easy to use and with all you need) any dumb dumb like me can make a great looking site. All that said, I have to make a special mention to this young lady named Nabila that has managed to recover my website as i deleted it in the worst manner possible. She was an absolute dream, a GOD sent. Smart, cleaver and she found the issue that was so difficult. Now my site and my heart are up and running again. My experience with Hostinger has been great so far. It has been a smooth ride since I started hosting my website with them. My website has no downtime, and customer support is very friendly and cost-friendly—no hidden costs. Very friendly for beginners. In case of any updates, they give an upper hand via email.

I’ve been using Hostinger’s shared hosting, and overall, it’s been a decent experience. The pricing is affordable, especially if you’re just starting out, and the setup process was pretty straightforward. Performance has been okay—nothing exceptional, but it gets the job done. There have been occasional slowdowns and a few brief downtimes over the years, but nothing too disruptive.
The control panel (hPanel) is easy to use, though it’s a bit different from the usual cPanel, so there was a bit of a learning curve at first. Support has been helpful when I’ve needed it, although response times can vary.
All in all, Hostinger is a solid option if you're looking for budget-friendly hosting with the basics covered. Not perfect, but it’s served me well enough over the years.

I had spent a whole 12 hours of searching why the articles I was adding were not working properly on my website. My web was still showing the old URL links, and that in my builder all the products were showing the new URL linked to my website with the right domain name. I then found the "live chat" and this is when everything was easily fixed. The technician I was connected to "Deividas" was amazing. He new right away what was the problem, went on my web to see exactly what I was explaining and simply explained how to fix it and all started working perfectly. I took the opportunity to ask him a few other questions, to fix little stuff (that was not to important but bothered me for the "look") and he instantly give me the options. I am totally sincere, I WAS IMPRESSED !!! Hope to get him again if I need further "Live chat" help.
