I absolutely love the couch I bought from Home Zone it is both beautiful and comfortable not to mention the great price! But after a year of owning it, my couch needed repaired. Home Zone honored the warranty on my couch and they are paying for both parts and Labor! They 100% stand behind their products! I Will definitely buy from them again. Customer service here is outstanding!

We purchased our new Chester Sofa last month, then purchased the matching ottoman a week later. We love our new sofa and ottoman. Lindsey was so helpful and made the purchasing process so easy.
Home Zone has been and still is selling to other furniture stores around the country! With our manufacturing and wholesale divisions we are able keep costs at a bare minimum because there is no middle man. Retail stores buy from companies like Home Zone. They incorporate an additional markup and then resell to you. At Home Zone most of our products are manufactured by us. No middle man. No extra markups. Save Hundreds less everyday!

Ammmmmazing!!!! We looked and looked in look for the kind of couch we wanted we found it at home, so we went and looked at it and tested out and let us pick it up the next day. We are extremely satisfied….. we shopped at the Burleson store and our salesman was Wilson great guy, vetern!!!!! Manager was amazing too!!!! Freddy

5❤️Definitely top rating! From the beginning, the sales team fixed an error I had made in choosing the wrong mattress and patiently helped me in clarifying some mattress foundation differences. Kelly in customer service was prompt, thoughtful, thorough...the best customer service ever! Also, the delivery drivers were first rate 👍Overall, a company I look forward to working with again in the future!
