We went and looked at the store and I then bought online after we considered. What was most interesting, though, is that we thought we'd have to wait 6 weeks for the item, but they actually had the opposite facing model in stock, so we'll get it in two days. Thanks1
I love Homemakers and ordering online, but for some reason the website wasn’t working well today and kept freezing up. Looking forward to the new outdoor rug.
Placing an online order, was a little unsettling for me of this amount. Couldn't get the coupon to work at first. Called the store and spoke with a very respectful employee by the name Shane maybe Shawn at ext 1172. The fine employee with amazing customer service skills and a wonderful work ethic went above and beyond in helping this older woman in making this online purchase happen. Shawn gave me such assurance that it will all work out. Homemaker Furniture should be honor in having such an amazing employee as him. Just knowing that at ext:1172, there is a employee that truly cares is such a wonderful feeling that makes this online shopping experience wonderful. Thanks to his supervisor Robert to for his help in solving the coupon/gift card issue. Wish you guys would come to Texas. Yes, we do have NFM, just not the same in product line or convenience.
So far I've only talked to reps over the phone or email about my order. They've been quick to respond and answer all my questions to make me feel comfortable buying expensive furniture online.

Set up brand new online account. The system would not not let me use a Promo Code for $25. Kind of funny that I have to call and was told I can pay for the order and then call back after I paid $1600.70 to have them apply the $25 promo code.
