I ordered the wrong size and Emily sent me the correct size immediately. So first thing, customer satisfaction seems to be the main goal of Hike Footwear. It took some time for my feet to adjust to the texture of the rough interior foot pad, but it didn't take long and my toes have never been so comfortable due to the wide foot bed. I'm so grateful to my sister for telling me about Hike Footwear.
Love the products and the prices are reasonable but am frustrated that many times a shoe size or selection I want isn't available but am told will be "soon" which unfortunately doesn't seem to mean hours or days. So far I've waited "weeks" and they are still not available. For example, Lorax summer pro men's size 13 in white/black.
These shoes are extremely comfortable, well-made, and wash well in a machine. I wear them regularly and find that my feet get needed exercise when I do. The soles are flexible yet protective and keep my feet from being hurt by unlevel, rocky ground. It’s truly like going barefoot, but better! I have 4 pairs now.
The jury is still out debating the benefits of Hike footwear. I wasn’t originally happy with the standard foot insert because it seemed you could “feel” every bump on a rock poured driveway. The $29 upgrade is better, but an off the shelf one would have sufficed. Time will tell if this was a good buy. Customer service has been great.

Great delivery. Love these shoes. Takes the pressure off all the parts of your feet that ache after being on them all day. Definitely will be buying these again.

I have foot issues and knees are bone on bone. Needless to say my legs hurt. After wearing my Lorax for three days I ordered three more pair. My legs felt energized. I wasn't walking like someone 20 years older. Also a small cyst that I had treated was growing back but I noticed after a month of wearing my shoes it is shrinking.

Excellent Shoes! I got my first pair of Barefoot Shoes in January on an afternoon the day before I had a flight scheduled for a two-week trip out of town. I decided to try them out for the half-day to find out whether or not they had to be broke in. WOW! I ended up wearing them for the entire trip and home. Since then, I've got two additional pairs and told others about them. My sister got a pair and likes them. I got a pair for my husband and he has been wearing his DAILY since he tried them out. I will be getting more as I like variety/different colors, etc.

I find them very comfortable and my feet feel better in your barefoot shoes. The only think is I walk on cement every night for work atleast 8 hours and my feet get tried and sore no matter what I wear.i can't wear them to work on my feet to long and they get very sore.

The company and customer service was fine. My concern is the quality of the shoe product. The shoe is fine for gentle hiking on relatively smooth surfaces such as grass or sandy trails. However the shoes do not provide adequate foot protection when walking on uneven surfaces or rocks. I was hoping to use your shoes for day hiking, but they simply are not good enough to do the job.

Was unable to return the shoes for a full refund. Was forced to take a partial refund. Was told Id have to pay close to $19 shipping if I returned the shoes that did not fit!! Very disappointed. Terrible customer service .

My toes are deformed from rheumatoid arthritis and I need a wide toe box. Most shoes get uncomfortable after a few hours. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had on. The elastic laces make them comfortable to wear all day and they are not clumsy like some other wide toe box shoes. I have not tripped or fallen while wearing Hike Lomax barefoot shoes.

It is so easy to order from the website. The only hard part is picking the color of the shoes they offer! I love them all! I have now ordered 2 pairs of the Lorax pro and I really enjoy wearing them. My knees and back are starting to feel better with these new barefoot shoes
