My last order was for A Social event Dining table. The image showed the glass top with rectangular corners but what we received had rounded corners, clearly different from what was shown on the website.
The company should ensure that for such a premium product, what is delivered is the same as what was shown on the website and ordered.
My customer experience was extraordinary. In today's buying climate, a high-touch and frictionless experience is paramount. I emailed the company and received a reply email within 24 hours. Then I received a text message with an offer to make my purchase with a specialized link to the product page for easy check-out! I especially appreciated that the price was excellent as well!

I love the option of being able to give an offer on an item. Love that there’s no taxes outside of CA & shipping is free. I was upset that an initial offer was made to me & upon executing was told they made a mistake & price is now higher.
