Not gonna lie, at first I was skeptical, but with me being in a bind and needing the money I didn’t really have a choice but to send my MacBook off and hope for the best. They exceeding all of my expectations by FAR. From how quick and easy the entire process was to how quickly and how often they email you with updates. Definitely won’t hesitate use them again in the future

Painless, quick, & easy. I will say, I was skeptical, but after reading through many reviews (& being flat out rejected by Best Buy, who refused to take it for a trade-in, and Apple, who only offered me $250 for a 16” M3 MacBook PRO! 🙄) this seemed like the best option - and it was! They followed up via email to keep me up to date on the status, and paid the full amount they initially offered, in the timeframe they said they would. 10/10, go with these guys and don’t bother with the big corporate as*holes!
