I was in Papua New Guinea when a flight was cancelled and I had to book new flights. It was Sunday evening back in the U.S. but I contacted the Golden Rule emergency email and Han’s was able to rebook my flights in less than an hour. Very grateful!

The Golden Rule team was absolutely fabulous when I was presented with some flight cancelations due to weather. The day of my international trip I was informed the first leg of my flight was canceled and the airline was unable to get me to my final destination in the timeframe I needed. I was connected with Hans who rebooked me on a different airline and was super helpful and responsive the entire time. Having Golden Rule in your corner really does take the stress off of travel logistics.

When the connecting flight for our was canceled at 1:00 am this morning due to a winter storm in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Hans responded within 5 minutes and found us the best alternate itineraries and then continued working over the next several hours to help with other questions I had about details. We were able to get excellent and friendly late-night service on WhatsApp after all of the cancellations out of Israel, to confirm a strange flight change (to earlier in the day!) and to re-book a canceled flight.
