Good product that seems well made. Instructions are not as detailed as they should be. Delivery arrived missing some hardware for the screen attachment, but customer service was very responsive and shipped pieces quickly and they arrived within 5 days.

I really had high hopes based on all the good reviews, however I guess I will have to be that guy! Especially after reading the negative reviews now. I mean I get things happen etc. Received the 14x20 Gazebo on April 9th via FedEx. All boxes is good shape, my son and I started putting it together on April 10th we got everything out of boxes, we started putting the framing together and that's when we noticed that we were missing a "L" bracket for the center leg part # W5 not too life or project altering as we were able to proceed and would just install that later. I contacted Erommy, they replied a short time later insisting that if the boxes were not damaged/open that "ALL" parts were in and to recheck. After thoroughly rechecking that piece was not in any boxes. I replied back stating this. On April 11th my son and I continued that afternoon, I received a email from Erommystating they had instructed the warehouse to ship the part. We continued on making great progress untill we realized we were short 5 brackets for the roof cross beams part # W1. Again I contacted Erommy this time took a bit longer for them to reply. They replied again stating all pieces Yada Yada are in the boxes, at this point every box has been emptied and parts categorized. I advised them that all the other brackets #W1 which are numerous were in a separate enclosed box and bag, and we are missing them and we absolutely can not continue the build. I received a reply back stating again they would notify the warehouse to send parts and if I needed shipping info to let them know. In addition this with this Email was a apology that for whatever reason they have received a large influx of issues. Not sure what that means. I have asked for shipping info on 2 occasions to date no response. 11 days after receiving and starting the build the project is still incomplete with no roof on 1 side. Not sure what the hold up is considering we are both based in CA the parts should of been here in 3 to 5 days even by by USPS standards. At this point I will give them another 7 days or so before I go to my credit card company, with all my email documentation, as I am not going to wait past my 30 day window being this was $2300. Like I said I do get things happen but getting replacemnet or missing parts one would think would be a top priority for any company. Based on all the other reviews I am now reading for same issue. As it is I am not even sure if this will be done in time for the graduation party in a few weeks. Should Erommy get me the missing pieces I will update my review.

Beware, this product only comes with a 30 day warranty. Mine stopped charging after 30 days (not more than 60 days). I’m Not able to get it repaired or replaced by the company. Poor customer service and 100% Chinese parts. Stay away, it’s not worth the savings.

Extremely fast shipping and great price. It’s not pool time yet where I live so we haven’t tried the tabs yet.
