Item was returned during delivery process and whilst initial communications were good, as soon as I selected the refund option I have had no contact. Several emails later I am £70 down and no solution.
Products are produced in china and service is not reliable enough to waste your money on! Shop local instead!

This company is getting rich on the back of customers like myself not doing their research before placing an order .
Funny Fuzzy don’t care about your pet at all -just taking your money before hopefully getting round to dispatch your order , hopefully the correct one .
I’m still awaiting my order after several attempts to cancel it before it was sent , which have been ignored .
Let’s see what eventually arrives, if ever -and what quality - needless to say my dog is without a bed in the meantime.
FF then have the absolute stupidity to say “my goods are playing hide and seek “or “taking the scenic route”….or my order is been prepared by their “elves “in April !!!
……I’ve never heard such nonsense in all my life -just be honest with your customers and stop taking our money -your company is shocking on every level
I am really impressed with the couch cover, it fits my seating area perfectly, colour is a perfect match with my couch and it hasn’t moved since I’ve been sitting on it. It’s a good thickness, looks really stylish. Only a tiny observation: the label hasn’t got any washing instructions. Delivery was fairly quick and email updates and tracking very frequent. Packaged really well and an added gift which was much appreciated. I recommend this couch cover, it is quality and a great price.

Can’t give 0 stars. This company is an absolute joke. I bought some sofa covers and wanted to return them. I followed their returns procedures to the letter and I have been waiting 2 months for a refund. Had to get PayPal involved. Absolute joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! EVER

Would have been 5 stars but opening the packaging, because it’s a soft good that has been compressed for shipping (genius!), I almost cut into the cushioning. It’s currently got a small hole in one of the cushions. 😳
Good news is, as I was assembling the car carry bag, my dog sat right in the middle, and decided to sleep in it that night, all night. Also, the package arrive 3 days earlier. Not mad at that!

I've ordered twice from this company. Both times the product has been exactly as described and worked perfectly. Good quality, too. I believe the first order the shipping was a bit longer but the second order my items arrived very quickly. They also included a little free toy. I would order from them again.

Good Morning. I'm really grateful for my green sheets, that add such a nice touch to the atmosphere of my room.
The sheets were advertised as 100% cotton, and they aren't, which is really disappointimg because I only like 100% cotton things.
Also, the stitching looks really cheap. It's with white thread, instead of green to blend nicely.
It took a while to ship, it made me a little nervous. Then shipping time from China was okay for me.
Once I have it washed and on my bed, I'm sure I'll perk up a little. I'm still just very disappointed it's not 100% cotton. Thats not very good.
