Make sure you have your loved ones Social Secuity numbers for the death certificate. You only have a few days for the death certificate to be filed and if you don't know the # they have to file without it. Then you have to pay nearly $300. to have it added if you need added for legal purposes. Huge bummer. Something you need talk about with your family to avoid this later. It wasn't Kramers fault, just a very unfortunate situation for us.

My sister and I were a little hesitant to order a casket online, but I was very expertly guided through the process by the company rep. We ordered the Misty Rose Casket, which was beautiful and of great quality. It was very similar to what was offered at the funeral home at a higher price. It was delivered directly to the funeral home in the short time frame that was stated. I was very pleased dealing with Sky Caskets, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone during their time of need.

Everything went as expected. The purchase, the item itself, the customer service and delivery. I chose the metal Pieta casket. Many were very complementary! It was in perfect condition and arrived when expected.

If I could rate Legacy.com 0 stars, I would do so. I am my father's only heir. He passed at the age of 78. I wrote his obituary outlining his entire life, accomplishments and family members who survived him. His wife of 18 years also wrote an obituary but omitted a lot of key details. I emailed Legacy.com about this and received a message back from someone named Cierra who is refusing to assist me by editing my father's obituary that was written by his wife, who has now passed. I have offered to provide Legacy with any and all proof about my father's accomplishments. I simply want both his obituaries to reflect correct information about him. It is extremely cruel of Legacy.com to be unwilling to work with me and compromise. The lack of empathy from this company who has built their business on people's pain, suffering and death is completely and utterly appalling.

This website was great for a memorial. They have a great selection of options for your loves ones memorial. You have different backdrops that represent just about anyone. It was user friendly and the software was intuitive. I would like it better if it was easier to add a song for my loved one. Other than that I was thrilled with the options.
