Friendship employees are always so helpful whether by phone or in person. Very friendly, they listen to you and are quick to resolve and issues or explain things when it's just misunderstood. Even after moving over to Kentucky I still bank with them and make the drive.
We love Friendship Bank. We followed John Rumsey (our banker) there many years ago and have not regretted it. The people are so sweet and helpful. We bank in Batesville now because its closer to where we live but we used to go to Dillsboro and then Versailles as they built new branches. They are the same in every location. Thank you all for such great service.

I always use the same computer. I rarely take it anywhere. I always use the same browser. And yet when I try to log in I'm regularly required to do two factor authentication (I can't say always because I haven't kept a log). And every time I have to use 2FA I check the box asking the system to trust my device. What do I have to do to make the IT people understand me?

I've been with Friendship for many years, almost 8 in Batesville. I've gotten to know them, seen their people come and go, and missed them when they did. I look forward to catching up with Kim and all of the ladies when I come in. I truly consider them friends. I switched to them when I became tired of being nickled and dimed to death by the bigger, national banks. Just like in modern society, I was gradually being charged more and more money for less and less service. Friendship was the fix. Old school banking with old school service and charm. A bank where you are treated with respect. Doesn’t take half an hour of clicks to talk to a live person. Website is user friendly. Convenient locations. We have used this bank for decades, and have not been disappointed.
