I had a disappointing experience with Freedom Forever. My solar project has been in limbo for over two years, with ongoing delays and a complete lack of communication from their team including their CEO. Despite several attempts to get updates, I have yet to hear back. The unprofessionalism and failure to meet commitments have left me frustrated. I expected better from a company and CEO with such accolades.
* First they were able to work Saturday the day Before Easter - so appreciated due to my work schedule.
* Professional. Quick, Cleaned everything up after.
* Electrical work/Electrician exceeded expectations this was not a minor job and took time to let me know what he was doing.
* Solar workers/panels did a high quality job as well. Polite and no mess left behind.

The crew Capt Bellamy was amazing, super professional and helpful. They answered every question we had, the crew lead Deon(electrician) and my roof lead Sebastian and crew did awesome work we felt like they were really cared about the work they preformed. The best part is they left our home better then they found it and that means so much to me and my family.
