We had an excellent experience with Closets By Design. Heidi Nash worked with us to build the perfect closet. It took months for us to make a decision; Heidi was always available. She offered additional ideas that gave us more direction while working with-in our budget. I would highly recommend Closets By Design. After the design was completed David came to our home and built the closet. He built it accurately and didn’t hesitate to ask us if he had questions. He was fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable. I am glad we chose Closets By Design.

Faulty and Damaged Products – Avoid at All Costs I ordered the In Between round wooden table (90 cm) about six months ago. Initially, the delivery time was quoted as three months. When the table finally arrived, it was scratched, and even worse, the holes in the tabletop didn’t align with the holes for the three legs. I then spent weeks waiting for the delivery company to pick up the table. After that, I had to wait another month for a replacement. Today, they sent three new legs and a new tabletop, but unfortunately, the holes still don't align. Additionally, the new tabletop has random holes that don’t seem to match anything. I’ve been without a dining table for half a year. This table was quite expensive for the small size, and the company seems to have no regard for customer satisfaction. It may be advertised as Scandinavian design, but the label clearly states it’s made in Eastern Europe. There’s no excuse for charging such a high price, delivering faulty products twice, and making customers wait for half a year. At this point, it feels arrogant and indifferent. And yet, they had no problem accepting the payment. Oprindeligt var leveringstiden tre måneder. Da bordet endelig ankom, var det ridset, og endnu værre, hullerne i bordpladen matchede ikke hullerne til de tre ben. Der gik tre uger, før leveringsfirmaet kunne hente bordet. Derefter måtte jeg vente endnu en måned på at få en erstatning. I dag ankom de tre nye ben og en ny bordplade, men desværre passer hullerne stadig ikke sammen. Derudover har den nye bordplade tilfældige huller, som ikke ser ud til at matche noget som helst. Jeg har været uden spisebord i et halvt år. Dette bord er ikke billigt i forhold til sin størrelse, og firmaet virker ikke til at have nogen som helst interesse i kundetilfredshed. I øvrigt - Det kan godt være, det er skandinavisk design, men bordet er produceret i Østeuropa. Der er ingen undskyldning for at kræve en så høj pris, for så at levere defekte produkter to gange og lade sine kunder vente et halvt år. De havde ingen problemer med at tage imod pengene. Man skal lede længe efter arrogance mage til AndTradition. Spar pengene og ikke mindst tiden - hold jer langt væk.

I purchased a hardware product of blum's recently that arrived incorrectly packaged with the wrong parts rendering it useless. So I reached out to their warranty department as their products promise a lifetime warranty. They told me that it isn't their problem or fault if they supply their products with the wrong parts and therefore do not work and that I need to take my complaint to the retailer. The retailer has done nothing wrong in this instance and is unable to supply me with a singular part that they do not carry. I can at least order the missing part through a wholesaler but I wouldn't have to if this company had integrity and stood behind its brand.

We had 2 fitted wardrobes, one walk in wardrobe, understairs storage, fully fitted utility, multiple built in shelving units. From the sales team, to surveying the property to fitting and finishes, the service was outstanding. We were able to utilise every inch of our home effectively. Any aftercare issues have been resolved effectively. We have been converted from Tom Howley to Fine interiors for our next kitchen.
