Both suppressors were lost in transit prior to getting to the FFL in my state. Options provided to mitigate this issue are to start the entire process over (back to submitting to the ATF) or get a refund. Both options are pretty sorry if you consider the only reason I know they were lost is because I continually reached out and tracked. No telling how long I'd have been waiting around on something that was apparently lost to show up.

Send a gift to my grandson instead of emailing it to him. Emailed it back to me. Customer service won’t respond to multiple requests to correct situation. Of course they already received my money ruined my gift surprise all I want is this to be corrected you cannot call and reach a human you have to rely on email Very disappointed. I’m on a budget and don’t have money to waste. We’ll have to dispute this with my bank, so sad it could be fixed in an instant I put people through this, especially a senior citizen.

We haven’t had a chance yet to use the pro 85. But it looks and feels great. I like how it will fill in our frame. When the divider is available we will be grabbing one of those. Happy boating everyone

The guy who helped me was super knowledgeable & had a good personality. Unlike some other shops I’ve visited in the area which were sort of standoff-ish, this shop was inviting and easy going. Pretty good deals on bulk ammo & a good variety with at least 3-4 options each caliber.
