This was sooo easy. If you have equity in your home you’re going to be so happy with this company. No documents! All virtual.. and legit. Interest rate was 8% but I’ll refinance once my credit scores go up from paying off debt. Seriously. Very pleasant experience.
This was easiest process. We have been jumping through hoops with Loan Depot for days back and forth with requested documents. After more was requested we went to Figure and the entire process from application to Notary was done within an hour. Only issue is that all is done online and I called to confirm and ask a couple of questions. That was easy too with no wait time.
The notary was cordial yet straight to the point and efficient. Her directions were clear and easy to follow.
I went to the website to fill out the application so I can get the interest rate for my non 1st lien HELOC .
the last step was going to reveal the interest rate.
but it got stuck on the code it "sent" to my email. No code was sent to my email (not is spam not in trash), just a welcome message. I opened a chat with a useless person who asked me all the personal questions again, the same ones I put in the application and when I asked so can you give me the interest rate, they said -- ooh no, that is automated. WTF - that automation did not work!!! that is why i had to open the chat in the first place.
