I could go on and on about how fantastic Brent was during this process. First Federal Lakewood was great to work with for our first home. I had accounts there before we bought a house and never had a problem. Brent hustles 24/7. He’s very responsive. We specifically chose FFL over another bank because it was clear that Brent was going to be helpful and detail oriented. Our realtor commented that his emails to her were clear and direct, which made her job easier because she could just forward them to the seller and everyone was on the same page. We ended up having a quick closing schedule between two holidays due to unrelated issues and the other bank would not have gotten us to close on time. I think the whole FFL team rushed and expedited our documents to meet our deadline and there weren’t any problems.
