Everyone was great and the experience was as painless as getting a new mortgage can be. I like dealing with real people with a real location when it comes to refinancing in case I have questions or problems. Bill saved me a good bit of coin by lower my interest rate on my 1 year old mortgage.

Andy Larson reached out about lower interest rates. We communicated a few times and he walked us through everything. Andy was always available when we had questions. We were able to lower our rate to 2.75% & take out $50K for home improvement projects. This was all wrapped up in our refinance process.
