I liked that it is 24 months and that it is one of the lowest. I had also received a letter from your company advertising yourself so when I looked it up on the PA Utility site your Company name stood out. I called your number and talked to a Pablo who was very nice and help and explained how the online worked to get the cheaper rate so I did that. He was very helpful.
I am new this this and was not sure what to do. I did makes some calls and decided Direct Energy. I did not want to get locked into a 2yr with a cancelation fee and I think i made the right choice

We found switching over to Direct Energy to be an easy process. Navigating the site was without any difficulties. We are waiting to see how quickly they will begin providing us with electricity.
