eHealth does not add any value whatsoever.
You're better off enrolling directly with the provider. Ehealth did not notify me in any way when my Humana Honors (USAA for Veterans) policy was cancelled
less than 9 months after they enrolled me. They take the money from CMS and wash their hands of any changes in the policy.

She could write the Medicare and Medigap book for dummies. She explained so thoroughly and was willing to repeat herself if i didn't understand things. She gave me a timeline, while explaining what happened if i didn't make my decisions by that timeline, without me feeling threatened. I'm an educator and I really appreciate someone who can educate me on a topic that I wish I didn't have to pay attention to! She was thorough, but not daunting and I never felt stupid.

Cortney was patient, courteous, and very professional throughout our 2hr+ phone conversation to enroll both my parents. Even though I would've liked more options for different healthcare, we were content with the plan that was presented. I believe it was the third time using eHealth.

Since 2009, eHealth Medicare has worked with customers to find Medicare coverage that is offered through private insurance companies that contract with Medicare. eHealth can help you explore and compare any of these types of optional plans: Medicare Advantage, or Medicare Part C: These plans offer an alternative way to get your Original Medicare, Part A and Part B, benefits. Unlike Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans may also include prescription drug coverage and additional benefits, like routine vision, dental, and hearing coverage. Medicare prescription drug coverage: You can enroll in a stand-alone Medicare Prescription Drug Plan that can be added to your Original Medicare (Part A and Part B) coverage. Another way to get this coverage is to sign up for a Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug plan. Coverage details may vary from one plan to another. Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans, also called Medigap: These policies are sold by private insurance companies to fill in some of the "gaps" in Original Medicare, Part A and Part B, coverage. Depending on the plan, you may be able to get help with deductible, premium, and copayment cost sharing, as well as emergency foreign travel coverage. Finding Medicare coverage that works for you is an important goal for us. Our mission is to help everyone find affordable Medicare coverage through our website technology, consumer advocacy, and personalized customer assistance. If you're uncertain of what type of Medicare coverage would best suit your needs, don't hesitate to contact us. eHealth's team of over 200 knowledgeable, licensed insurance agents can provide free quotes and toll-free personalized assistance, empowering people with Medicare to make informed decisions about their Medicare coverage without any obligation to enroll.

Her patience while I was in my “unknowingness” was above and beyond normal service. I’m so appreciative of her kindness. Take care of people that take care of you. Have a great day.
