Somewhere AFTER I mailed my payment to DHIA the check was lost. I eventually had to ACH the payment and put a stop payment on the check. The entire experience cost me more money than expected. I'd have paid by credit card but the 3 percent fee adds considerable cost to the premium so is not worth it.
I have obtained my professional errors & omissions insurance through Daniels-Head for more than 15 years. I have stayed with DHIA because of the amazing services it provides. There is a real level of comfort knowing that DHIA will work over and above to help me.
