Website, ordering and prompt delivery. It's too early to comment on the product itself. I have sleep apnea and wear a "oral therapy appliance" which works on side sleeping. Flat on your back sleeping needed improvement. Only three nights of sleep so far have been beneficial and as advertised.
Regretfully I must say the pillow is not suitable to my personal situation. I had high hopes for this pillow, but I've been unable to have a full night's sleep due to neck discomfort from this pillow.
The pillow arrived well packaged and on time. I let it inflate for the recommended hours. It wasn’t very comfortable. Last year I bought a pillow from Cushion Lab, and it spoiled me for any other pillow. So, no, I won’t be using the new pillow and will donate it.

I found the pillow to be very ineffective and unhelpful. It's flimsy and definitely not worth the price.

Pillow has helped eliviate neck and shoulder pain. Pillow case could be a tad bit larger. I had trouble zippering it, but overall good.
