I already gave up that this will be resolved properly! I had a terrible experience from the beginning to the end. They gave me empty promises, but what they really have is poor support and nonexistent accountability. I regret dealing with them, and I won't recommend to anyone.

Quality clothes. Amazing fit. Exceptional customer service. Usually replies within a day. Reasonable pricing. Great selection of materials and weaves. Unfortunately no suit jackets can be made with just the body measurements, it requires you already own a well fitting jacket and measure that. User experience on the website is very easy and intuitive. Proper Cloth never pressure you to buy immediately, they allow you to take your time. The packaging of the dress shirts is marvelous and professional. They send it to you in a solid cardboard box and include instructions on how to wash them. You can still request a return even after you have washed the dress shirt if it doesn't fit.

AMAZING 2nd experience with online custom suiting. My first experience with another clothier was NOT good - spent money and got a jacket I couldn't wear with no warranty to make it right from the brand. I'm so glad I discovered Sartoro because their tech and their fitting process just WORKS. Suit came in super fast, looks great and fits GREAT! I look darn good in this suit. Thanks again Sartoro!

I just received my second suit from Oliver Wicks. They nailed it! It fits me beautifully! The craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing. I do not write very many reviews, only when I am blown away by the service or product. The customer service and their product is off the chart great!. I would highly recommend Oliver Wicks for your next custom made suit.

I just received my order today, I did not expect what I am supposed to be getting, way different from the picture. It was super long, the collar way too big, it has no room in the waist line and shoulder but big room biceps area which inappropriate style. I’m sorry but I am very disappointed and unhappy. I was going to wear this for my small business of catering to have good presentations of myself but not with this coat. I will never again order from this company.

If this company ever comes back, DO NOT BUY!!! They took my money and disappeared. I returned the product, and have the tracking ID that shows that they accepted it. They have a maximum amount of time to wait to receive a refund, but that has passed months ago now. My emails to them about my refund were immediately returned, saying that the email no longer exists. Their original Shopify page has vanished and says that the store is no longer available. Their phone number does not ring. This was a waste of money and this level of customer service is unacceptable. I returned the product because it was low quality and wasn't the color we wanted. It was not even worn. This is for Tuxy order 59526. You all should be ashamed for keeping my money, and I'm sure many others! I will be exploring all avenues to resolve this matter.

I bought prom tuxedo for my son from Andre Emilio, and its absolutely perfect! The fit is Perfect, the fabric was high-quality Same as they told, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Highly recommended!
