They have really delicious meals that taste home-cooked. Not the boring, redundant meals that other services have that I have tried, packed with preservatives and salt. Customer service was attentive when I had questions.

I really enjoyed the meals. They were tasty, and had many options to choose from. However, they need to improve their customer service options. There is no number to call, and email responses are too slow to actually resolve issues. I tried to change my delivery address immediately after it was processed, and got no response until it was too late to do so and they were unwilling to help in any way.
I have been using Cookunity meal plan for several weeks now. Every order arrives in a sturdy insulated bag with an ice pack, keeping everything chilled. The meals are fresh and not frozen. Prepared by talented chefs. You can choose to microwave or heat in the oven. I like that they have a wide variety of meal choices for different health needs or preferences. Once again great customer service

I’m mostly a fan.
I chose a variety of different meals. And almost everything I had was absolutely AMAZING… except for the 2 meals that had chicken thighs as the protein. They were rubbery. Very offputting texture. so I deducted one star for the nasty chicken thighs. I have a few favorites. But I will not be ordering anything that has chicken thighs in it ever again.
