Frist increase prices again and took 10 minutes off driers ,down to 50 minutes .finally repaired two washers One doesn't work. Took 7 months Worst customer service ever

So helpful to have this service! Broken washing machine and water damage from that and Poplin came to the rescue and had laundry washed, dried and folded in a little less than 24 hrs! Shannon was amazing and friendly and helpful! Will definitely use their service again!!!

My only issue is that my washer and dryer are outside and the sheets come in a cardboard box. It’s usually fine but once when we had a very hard rain the box (in a protected area) got wet and I lost quite a few sheets. Most recently they arrived in an envelope. That’s even less protected. Maybe create a refillable metal box, shaped like the sheets? Similar to the metal tins Blueland has for their products. My daughter loves the fact the sheets are easy to take when traveling. They worked well when she went to Scotland.

The kilt arrived quickly and it was of very good build quality - much better than my previous kilt from Amazon. The kilt size was not correct. The company was responsive via the chat on their website and agreed to send a new kilt with updated measurements within 2 days.

This was my second time ordering from Cleanomic and it was the best decision! I love that the bags are better for our environment and compostable. If we all try a little harder to not use plastic, we will make our world a happier healthier place to live! Just try them… you’ll love them!

Is this a scam??? I bought a big box of detergent sheets. I am disappointed that there is no fragrance on the laundry. I expected at least some hint of it. I even tried 2 sheets for a normal size load. Nothing. Very disappointed. Would not order again.

I left my watch in to fast fix for a battery. The job was finished promptly. All seemed well until I was handed back some of the ornamental markers from the face of the watch in a plastic bag. While the watch was not an expensive one I did like it. To be handed back bits of my watch in a plastic bag is not the service I would expect. When I queried what happened I was told the manager did it. There was no apology. The only comment was If you want it fixed it will have to be left in for a few days...
