My buddy told me about ClickStart Mortgage and I'm so happy I gave them a shot. I was totally freaking out about getting a loan. Honestly, it felt overwhelming at first. But their team was super chill and nice, taking time to explain everything so I didn't feel lost. I was contacted by David Mendenhall after talking to a different company which was giving me the run around. David was extremely responsive and transparent throughout the process. He explained things and took time to answer my questions. There were some issues with the final numbers on my refinance, so David and his team lowered their compensation percentage in order to get me the numbers we had discussed. I am very impressed and pleased with their service.
